Health & Safety Training for Employers Serving Michigan’s Workers Facing Barriers to Inclusion
INTOUCH SAFETY specifically addresses outreach to the specialized industry of Community Rehabilitation Organizations and the hard to reach vulnerable populations they serve. The project delivers high quality occupational health and safety trainings designed using subject matter expertise in language and methods appropriate for persons with disabilities and facing other barriers to community inclusion. Trainings are provided at no cost to participants through multiple delivery options.
Funded by a grant from the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MOISHA) Consultation Education and Training Division.
It is our collective responsibility to ensure that safety is an integral part of the employment and training services provided by community based organizations. Take advantage of these valuable training resources!
Trainings are available via our mobile app or on-demand virtual courses. Programs can also be custom designed for your organization’s needs.
To schedule an appointment for training, or if you have questions about training opportunities, contact ldell@incompassmi.org.
