Attendee will learn about the role of a job coach and the importance of assessing the workplace, trainee production, social skills, and how to use task analysis in the assessment process.
Attendee will learn that fading is much more than reducing time with the trainee. Timelines, strategies and problem solving will be discussed. They will be provided a variety of tools on how to document services provided and progress.
