Job Coach Training: Assessing Needs and Communicating with Your Team

This course is created for those who assist persons with disabilities during their job, such as job coaches or vocational rehabilitation specialists.
DESCRIPTION
This is one of four courses offered in the Job Coach Training Series.
Attendee will learn about the role of a job coach and the importance of assessing the workplace, trainee production, social skills, and how to use task analysis in the assessment process. Communication strategies with your team, including the trainee will discussed.
