
Todd Culver
President & CEO
Todd provides leadership in developing programs, strategic initiatives, and financial plans, in accordance with the purpose, vision and values of the association.
He has been with the Association since 1995, also serving as Project Director and Assistant Director.
Todd serves on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Nonprofit Association; he was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Michigan Council for Rehabilitation Services, and the Committee on the Purchas of Goods and Services from Community Rehabilitation Organizations.
He holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature from The University of Michigan, and the Public Leadership Credential from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Laurie Morse-Dell
Chief Innovation Officer
Laurie has a diverse background in marketing, leadership, and entrepreneurial and economic development.
She is a National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professional, graduate of the Academy of Association Management, and has a certificate in Design Thinking – a human centered approach to innovation.
Laurie is a successful alumna of the Incompass Michigan Leadership Academy and The Leadership Continuum.

Aimee Szabo
Operations Director
Aimee found her calling to public service while serving in the AmeriCorps Urban Safety Program at Wayne State University in 2015, where she was given the opportunity to develop her community engagement and leadership skills. As a result of her experience, Aimee decided to further her education and earned her master’s degree in public administration and policy from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2022.
Aimee is a dedicated leader and fierce advocate for underserved and underrepresented populations. She is an experienced vocational rehabilitation (VR) professional and began her collaboration with Incompass MI in 2021. In her previous role at Services to Enhance Potential, she served as their Vocational Services Manager, overseeing all VR services as well as pre-ETS programming, including 3 Project SEARCH sites in Wayne County. During her time at STEP, Aimee developed her leadership further, attending and graduating from both Incompass’ Leadership Academy and Leadership Continuum.
She is actively engaged in her community and was elected President of the Metro Detroit Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) in 2024. In her free time, Aimee enjoys staying active with Pilates, sailing, and riding her bike.

Katie Kinde
Education Coordinator
Katie specializes in online course design, certification of courses, graphic design, streamlining processes, and learning technology management.
She has a Master’s in Education with a focus in learning design from Wayne State University.
Katie is a successful alumna of the Incompass Michigan Leadership Academy and The Leadership Continuum.

Brylea Johnson
Administrative Assistant
Brylea is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and minor in Peace and Justice studies. She joined the Incompass Michigan team as a Policy Intern through a Work Study opportunity supported by Project VISIONS of Hannahville Indian Community.
