Aches, strains, and fatigue don’t have to be part of the job. This interactive, neurodiverse-friendly webinar shows how simple ergonomic improvements can prevent injuries, reduce discomfort, and support long-term health at work.

Learn how to recognize risk factors, improve posture, adjust workspaces, and use safe body mechanics to protect against repetitive strain injuries. Designed with inclusive learning in mind, this training uses clear language, visuals, and practical demonstrations to make ergonomics easy to understand and apply for every employee.
