ACRE Certification: In-Person Workshop

This 2-day, 12-hour workshop will cover all the necessary skills to provide customized employment to the persons served.
DESCRIPTION
The ACRE Employment Services certificate helps to build a foundation of knowledge and skills, including those used in customized employment, to assist people with disabilities to achieve and maintain competitive employment. VR is currently developing additional training requirements for providers specializing in customized employment. This curriculum may not align with VR expectations for credentialed staff providing Customized Employment to MRS or BSBP – Incompass Michigan will continue to work with our VR partners to establish a sustainable credentialing process for customized employment practitioners.
Modules include:
- Application of Core Values and Principles of Practice
- Individualized Assessment and Employment/Career Planning
- Community Research and Job Development
- Workplace and Related Supports
TUITION
- Workshop Only: $249 non-members | $199 members
- Workshop and Certificate: $399 non-members | $349 members

Non-profit professional with 10+ years experience managing teams to exceptional outcomes. Specialized skills in program creation, design, and management with an emphasis on cultural change. Passionate about improving the social determinants of health for under-resourced populations.

Attendees will be provided resources via our Learning Management System. For in-person sessions, please ensure you have transportation and any learning materials you may need.

“No-Shows” will not be eligible for a refund. Refund requests are subject to a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given after June 15.
Substitutions are accepted. The recording is meant for viewing by the original registrant. If another person attends your live sessions or views your recordings, it will forfeit your access to the LMS recordings.
