Finding Your Way Back to What Matters: Dr. Tana Bridge to Deliver Keynote at re:con 2026

Re:con 2026 is excited to announce Dr. Tana Bridge as this year’s keynote speaker. Dr. Bridge will open an important conversation about resilience, purpose, and reconnecting with the values that inspire professionals to do the work they do.

Her keynote presentation, “Finding Your Way Back to What Matters,” invites professionals to pause amid the personal and professional stressors of today’s helping environment and reconnect with the values that first called them to the profession.

In a field where compassion, dedication, and service are at the heart of the work, it can be easy to lose sight of the reasons we started. The demands of our organizations, the needs of the people we serve, and the challenges facing the human services sector can leave even the most passionate professionals feeling overwhelmed.

Dr. Bridge’s keynote will encourage participants to look inward and consider the internal compass that guides how they show up for themselves, their colleagues, and the people they serve. Together, participants will explore the core values, professional strengths, and personal practices that can help foster resilience and safeguard against burnout and compassion fatigue.

Re:connecting With What Matters

“Finding Your Way Back to What Matters” is an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and consider what keeps us grounded in meaningful work—even when that work feels challenging.

Participants will leave with greater awareness of the values and strengths they bring to their work, as well as practical ways to nurture resilience and maintain a sense of purpose.

Dr. Bridge’s keynote is a fitting start to a conference designed to re:connect professionals across the human services and nonprofit sectors.
