Welcome, Arkay, Inc.

We are pleased to announce that Arkay, Inc. is our first new organizational member of 2026.  Arkay is a non-profit organization, assisting the community in becoming more aware of the needs and potential of individuals with disabilities, providing vocational and community based services in Wayne, Monroe, Macomb and Oakland Counties.

Services provided by Arkay include assessment and evaluation, community and social skills training, career preparation, job placement, micro business development, and respite care.  In 2024, they also established a coffee and sandwich shop in Trenton called “Java Junction by Arkay”.

Arkay, Inc. is led by Ed Steinberger, formerly of Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit.  Please join us in welcoming Arkay to Incompass Michigan!
