Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to changing lives through the power of work. Since 1966, the organization has offered a wide range of employment and training programs to assist those with disabilities and other barriers to employment in developing their marketable skills in order to find meaningful employment. Its efforts are supported by revenues from its 19 and counting retail stores in an eight-county area, as well as from monetary donations. Goodwill job training information
Through the revenue support of 19 retail stores, Goodwill’s focus is to help people obtain work and establish independence. Goodwill provides support and guidance at no cost to individuals to help them achieve their career goals. Goodwill helps people access the resources they need for success. A range of services are available to help people grow personally and professionally.
General services offered by Goodwill include:

Certification Programs available:
All training programs are instructed by experts in the field who have practical as well as classroom experience. Participants meet with program staff prior to enrollment to help ensure a good fit and develop a plan for training and employment.
