This 60-minute webinar will help managers and DSPs refresh and strengthen their approach to fading job coach supports by reinforcing the core purpose of the job coach role and how to clearly communicate that role to employers\, individuals\, and guardians to prevent assumptions coaching will always be\, and always need to be\, present most of the time.
