DESCRIPTION:This course is created for those who assist persons with disabilities in obtaining customized employment\, such as job coaches or vocational rehabilitation specialists.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDESCRIPTION \n\n\n\nThis is the follow-up to the workshop offered in the ACRE Employment Services with an Emphasis on Customized Employment Series. \n\n\n\nAttendee will learn about a wide variety of evidence-based strategies that can be used to ensure trainees strengths and goals are considered when providing employment. \n\n\n\nWorkshop completion is mandatory.
