This 60-minute webinar will help managers and DSPs refresh and strengthen their approach to fading job coach supports by reinforcing the core purpose of the job coach role and how to clearly communicate that role to employers\, individuals\, and guardians to prevent assumptions coaching will always be\, and always need to be\, present most of the time. Participants will revisit key strategies in Systematic Instruction that promote independence and support effective fading\, explore ways enabling technology can reduce reliance on paid staff\, and review practical tools and resources that help staff plan\, implement\, and document fading. This training provides an overview of how hazardous chemicals are labeled and communicated through Safety Data Sheets.
