DESCRIPTION:Unlock accreditation success!\n\n\n\nPrepare your organization for CARF accreditation in this engaging session. Gain insights into the survey process\, explore ASPIRE to Excellence® framework\, and learn best practices for standards implementation. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDESCRIPTION \n\n\n\nThis intensive and dynamic workshop gives participants “hands-on” practice\, guided by the trainer\, in developing plans and procedures necessary to demonstrate conformance to standards that have been identified as most challenging by the field. Changes in the 2025 Employment and Community Services (ECS) Standards Manual will be highlighted. \n\n\n\nSession topics include: \n\n\n\n\nAn overview of the accreditation process\, including an examination of the value of accreditation for organizations\, consumers\, and the public. \n\n\n\nAn overview of CARF standards\, including the ASPIRE to Excellence® quality framework\, which is designed to provide a logical and action-oriented approach to continuous quality improvement.\n\n\n\nExamples of conformance to the CARF standards\, including discussion of the most commonly missed standards.\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThis event will be held at the Incompass Michigan Building in Lansing: 335 Seymour Ave\, Lansing\, MI 48933\, USA \n\n\n\nAugust 12: 9:00 am-4:00pm \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPRICE \n\n\n\n$310 non-members | $240 members \n\n\n\n\n\nREGISTER HERE\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration deadline August 6\, 2025. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPRESENTER \n\n\n\nThis session will be facilitated by Chasity Chamberlin\, Managing Director of the Employment and Community Services and Vision Rehabilitation Services accreditation areas. \n\n\n\nShe has 20 years of experience working in the rehabilitation field. Before joining CARF International full-time in 2022\, Chasity served as a surveyor for 7 years. She has experience managing CARF accredited organizations with a focus on community and employment services for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTO TAKE THIS TRAINING\, ATTENDEES NEED \n\n\n\nIt is recommended that you have a 2025 ECS standards manual for this training. If you need a 2025 standards manual\, you may purchase one HERE. \n\n\n\nPrinted materials will also be provided during the event.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou will be emailed reminders and more information after registration.
